About Ken Berry
With both of my parents being licensed builders, my roots run deep in residential construction.
Clemson, South Carolina is home to my family which includes my wonderful wife Durema, and our four small children. We love this area and are proud to be raising our family here. I am a proud graduate of Clemson University where I earned a degree in Civil Engineering. My early career began as a professional engineer working mostly in the large-scale commercial construction business, on complex projects such as hospitals, historic renovations, research laboratories, and educational facilities. Many of the projects I have managed can be found around the campus of Clemson University. While my early career consisted of mainly commercial work, my first love is custom residential. I take great pride in performing high-quality work and bringing the visions of the client and architects to reality.

Matt Reeves
Thomas Major
Born and raised in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, Thomas Major continues to call the Upstate his home. With a degree in architecture and prior licensure as a homebuilder, Thomas brings a wealth of expertise to the field of residential construction management. His decades of hands-on experience are complemented by his meticulous attention to detail and architectural aptitude, which enhance his problem-solving capabilities and ensure a seamless building process for clients.
Thomas and his wife, Rebecca, have two children, with their youngest currently being home schooled by Rebecca.
Wayne Denton
Starting his construction journey alongside his father at an early age, Wayne brings over 30 years of expertise in construction and supervision to every project. His dedication to excellence and collaborative approach ensures seamless teamwork with architects, designers, and contractors alike. Wayne takes pride in turning clients’ dreams into reality, delivering results in a stress-free and efficient manner.
Wayne has been happily married to his wife, Betty, for 40 years. Together, they have raised three wonderful children and are proud grandparents to two beautiful grandchildren.
Will Baldwin
Will Baldwin is a graduate of the University of South Alabama, where he earned a degree in Business Management. With over 25 years of experience as a small business owner, Will understands that clear and effective communication is the cornerstone of a successful project.
Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Will relocated to the Carolinas, bringing with him more than 16 years of experience in new construction, real estate, sales, and marketing. His passion for custom new construction homes made The Berry Group a natural fit for his skills and enthusiasm.
In his spare time, Will enjoys playing music and spending time outdoors. He also loves meeting and collaborating with people from all over the world, blending his humor and positivity to keep spirits high on the job. Known for his ability to make others smile, Will takes pride in building not only homes but also strong relationships.
Jeff Little
Jeff began his journey in the building industry in 1980, right after high school. With over 40 years of experience, his expertise has often been described as unparalleled. Mentored by master craftsmen, Jeff honed his skills as a carpenter while balancing the responsibilities of raising a family, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Cross-Cultural Ministries from Toccoa Falls College, and completing a Master’s in Teaching English from Clemson University.
His international ministry work further enriched his experience, as building projects remained a constant part of his daily life. Whether in a remote village or a resort community, Jeff has built a reputation for going above and beyond to ensure each client is thrilled with their new home.
For relaxation, Jeff enjoys combining his passions by returning to his roots with his wife, Jeanette, and their children, Bethany and Josiah, for secluded beachfront getaways. Their days are filled with reconnecting with lifelong friends, fishing, hiking, and paddling through the breathtaking natural wonders of Old Florida.
Josiah Little
Josiah Little is a Clemson University graduate, earning a BA in Spanish and International Business. As the son of Berry Group team member Jeff Little, Josiah cultivated a passion for craftsmanship and design from an early age.
For the past three years, Josiah has been a key member of The Berry Group team, working closely with clients to bring their dream homes to life. His commitment to quality and personalization ensures that every project reflects the unique vision of the homeowner.
Randy Hughey
Randy Hughey is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and has been actively involved in the high-end residential construction industry since 2005. With nearly two decades of experience, Randy brings a deep understanding of the industry, from project management to custom home building. Known for his attention to detail and strong communication skills, Randy takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and ensuring client satisfaction on every project.
Outside of work, Randy enjoys going to concerts and spending time with his wife and two boys.
Arthur Bonnett
Arthur Bonnett joined The Berry Group team in 2021, contributing his expertise to both the construction and maintenance divisions. In addition to bringing valuable skills to the team, Arthur is continually learning and growing in his craft. He is devoted to being a faithful team member, working alongside our managers to help ensure each project is a success.
In his free time, Arthur enjoys grilling, spending time with family and friends, cheering on Clemson football, and exploring the great outdoors.
